These BBQ cauliflower wings are super good served with a vegan ranch sauce.
½ cup plain oat milk
½ cup of water
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup of plain breadcrumbs
3/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450 ° F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
In a bowl, combine the milk, water, flour and spices. Mix until you get a smooth texture.
Put the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip each floret of cauliflower in the flour mixture, shake off the excess and dip it in the breadcrumbs.
Place on baking sheet and repeat with other florets of cauliflower.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
While the cauliflower cooks, prepare the sauce by combining the hot sauce and the olive oil.
Remove the cooked cauliflower from the oven and place in a large bowl. Pour the sauce and mix gently to coat.
Put the wings back on the baking sheet and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with ranch sauce
