- vegetable oil
- boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes about an inch or chicken thighs
- cornstarch
- creamy peanut butter if you have peanut allergy you can also use almond butter
- soy sauce or hoisin sauce
- sesame oil
- clove garlic minced
- chicken stock
- green onions.

Step-by-Step with photos
In a large bowl, add the chicken cubes and the cornstarch and mix until the chicken is well coated.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add olive oil, once hot add the chicken, brown on each side. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
Remove the chicken pieces from the saucepan and reserve.
In the same saucepan over medium heat add the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and chicken broth. Stir to combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and add the chicken cubes.

Add the chicken cubes.
Continue cooking for 3 -5 minutes or until the rich peanut sauce has thickened and the chicken is completely cooked.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions.

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter you can also use almond butter you can also use almond butter

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the chicken cubes and cornstarch and stir until the chicken is well coated.
- In a saucepan over high heat, add the olive oil, once hot add the chicken, brown 3-4 minutes on each side. Cook until the chicken is golden.
- Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pot over medium-high heat add the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and chicken broth. Stir to combine all the ingredients and have a homogeneous sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and add the chicken cubes.
