Description
This Gado Gado Salad is pack with healthy nutrients, protein and incredible spicy peanut flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 cup blanched green beans
- 1 minced red pepper
- 1 cup baby potatoes cooked
- 4 baby spinach cups
- ¼ cup fresh coriander
Sauce
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp tamari sauce
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
Salad
- Blanch the green beans, 5 minutes in boiling water
- On a large plate (or on individual plates), add all the fresh ingredients: start by making a bed of spinach, add the green bean carrots, bell pepper, potato and coriander.
Sauce
- Prepare the peanut sauce by adding the peanut butter, tamari sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, red pepper flakes in a small bowl and whisking. Add a little water if necessary.
