This Gado Gado Salad is pack with healthy nutrients, protein and incredible spicy peanut flavour.


  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 1 cup blanched green beans
  • 1 minced red pepper
  • 1 cup baby potatoes cooked
  • 4 baby spinach cups
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander


  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • red pepper flakes to taste



  1. Blanch the green beans, 5 minutes in boiling water
  2. On a large plate (or on individual plates), add all the fresh ingredients: start by making a bed of spinach, add the green bean carrots, bell pepper, potato and coriander.


  1. Prepare the peanut sauce by adding the peanut butter, tamari sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, red pepper flakes in a small bowl and whisking. Add a little water if necessary.
