This easy Sundried Tomatoes Hummus is so tasty. I know I have a bowl ready and I can’t wait to run to the fridge and serve me a good portion with raw vegetables or crackers! This sundried tomatoes hummus is also delicious, spread on a toasted bagel with arugula on top.
I always have a lot of hummus in the fridge because it’s my favorite snack. As I eat a lot,I told myself that it would be more economical to do it myself, in addition I can control the ingredients that I put in my recipe.
You can also make this recipe with dry chickpeas, which you need to soak overnight, and cook the next day. It takes longer but it’s just as delicious.
