    Veganuary Challenge 2022

    The new another edition of the Veganuary campaign which started in the UK but is now available worldwide.

    So this year are you ready to take on the challenge too? On Noble Veggies we will build a community where we can all do the challenge together. All month, I will share vegan, simple and tasty recipes, plus, to make it even easier, every Sunday I will publish a menu for the week 100% vegan.

    Why vegan?

    Health - it's considered the healthiest diet for heart, diabetes, brain health and promotes weight loss.
    Environment - Eating vegan is the "biggest way" to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce pollution, save water and prevent deforestation.
    Feed the world - Has the potential to end hunger by making food more affordable for the poor in developing countries.
    Animal welfare - End the abuse and exploitation of farm animals
    Affordability - Saves on grocery bills, vegan food doesn't cost as much as meat and dairy.

    Spread the word on Veganuary and suggest to your friends and loved ones that they join more than 1 million participants this year.
