Air Fryer Egg Bites

Egg bites are a versatile and delicious breakfast or snack option that you can easily customize with different flavor combinations and cooking methods.

Preheat your air fryer to 320°F

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

– Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped baby spinach, diced bell pepper, sliced green onions, to each egg molds – Pour the egg mixture evenly into each mold.

Place the egg bite molds in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the egg bites are set and golden brown on top.

Carefully remove the egg bite molds from the air fryer and let them cool at room temperature for a few minutes. Use a spoon to remove the egg bites from the molds. Garnish the egg bites with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Storage: 

If you plan on storing your Air Fryer Egg bites, place them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will last in the fridge for up to 4 days
