Crockpot Broccoli Casserole

This recipe combines the irresistible flavors of creamy cheese, broccoli, and the satisfying crunch of Ritz crackers.

Ingredients to make the Crockpot Broccoli Casserole

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of grated gouda cheese, and onion powder.

Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-incorporated. This cheesy concoction will serve as the luscious base for our casserole.

Pour the creamy broccoli mixture into the crockpot. Generously sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers on top.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of grated gouda cheese over the top of the casserole.

Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 3- 4 hours or until the broccoli is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
