In a large pot of water, cook pasta al dente according to the instructions.

Cook and crumble the meat with a wooden spoon, until it’s fully cooked. About 10 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, oregano, and garlic powder, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the half & half and grated parmesan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta, mix to coat the pasta with the sauce and you are ready to serve.

Garnish with fresh basil and more grated parmesan if desired.
