The month of January is over!
The days are starting to get longer and I'm already starting to dream of hot summer days, meals on the BBQ, glass of chilled white wine on the terrace. I know, I know there are still a few months to wait for his little pleasures.
But not to worry, for a few years now I'm forcing myself to love winters a little more. I take advantage of the beautiful days to go for walks in the forests, and I must admit that after a snowfall it's really majestic I also like cozy winter evenings in front of a fire with a good movie.
Fruits and vegetables in the wintertime aren’t as abundant as summertime but there are still some great choices, from broccoli and fennels to oranges and grapefruit.
