Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mashed potatoes
  • 4 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Gravy or BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Peas Frozen or Can
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by reheating all your ingredients if they are leftovers.
  • Place 1 ¼ cups mashed potatoes in each bowl.
  • Top with 1 cup of shredded chicken and peas
  • Pour gravy on top.
  • Sprinkle with fresh chopped parlsey.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days
