Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs ( use cold eggs)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoons black pepper
  • ½ teaspoons sweet paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • Gently place eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 270 ˚F and cook for 15-17 minutes.
  • Once the eggs are cooked transfer them to an ice bath. Let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Peel the eggs, and cut them in half.
  • Remove the yolk of the egg, and place in a bowl, add the mayonnaise,mustard salt and pepper. With a fork mix to combine everything.
  • With a piping bag, or a spoon add the egg yolk mixture into egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serve cold.

Notes

The best way to store air fryer eggs is in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3 days when stored this way.
When peeling hard boiled eggs, the most important thing to remember is to start with a cold egg. Freshly boiled eggs can be difficult to peel since the warmth of the egg causes it to stick to the shell.
