Air fryer egg bites are the perfect breakfast for busy mornings. They're quick, easy to make, and packed with protein and fresh veggies. With this recipe, you can make delicious and healthy egg bites in just a few minutes. Plus, with the variety of variations, you can customize them to your liking.
6large eggs you can use only the egg whites if you prefer.
2tablespoonsmilk or heavy cream
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupchopped baby spinach
½bell pepperdiced
2green onionssliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼cupFresh parsleychopped
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs salt, pepper and milk until well combined.
Grease the egg molds with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture evenly into each mold.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped baby spinach, diced bell pepper, sliced green onions, to each egg molds
Pour the egg mixture evenly into each mold.
Place the egg bite molds in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the egg bites are set and golden brown on top.
Carefully remove the egg bite molds from the air fryer and let them cool at room temperature for a few minutes. Use a spoon to remove the egg bites from the molds.
Garnish the egg bites with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
If you plan on storing your Air Fryer Egg bites, simply place them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will last in the fridge for up to 4 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months
