Ingredients

  • 1 mango fresh or frozen
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 teaspoon Matcha
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon puffed quinoa
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you obtain a smooth texture.
  • Pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the puffed quinoa, hemp seeds and raspberries.
