- 1 mango fresh or frozen
- 2 bananas frozen
- 1 cup kale
- 2 teaspoon Matcha
- ¼ cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon puffed quinoa
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you obtain a smooth texture.
Pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the puffed quinoa, hemp seeds and raspberries.
