Ingredients

  • 4 cups white rice cooked
  • 1 cup edamames
  • 1 English cucumber cubes
  • 1 mango cubes
  • 2 carrots grated
  • ½ cup broccoli sprout optional
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 green onion thinly sliced

Dressing

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon tamari sauce

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to package directions
  • Put the edamames in a bowl, cover them with water and cook them in the microwave for 3 minutes
  • Place the rice in 4 bowls
  • Add all the other ingredients on top of the rice.
  • Add the dressing and serve.
