Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats you can also use quick oats
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flakes unsweetened or sweetened your choice
  • 1 fresh mango chopped you can also 3 /4 cup use mango puree
  • 2 cups coconut milk oat milk and almond milk are also great options

extra toppings

  • nuts
  • flax seed
  • hemps seeds
  • chia seeds
  • agave nectar
  • maple syrup
  • coconut yogurt

Instructions

  • In 4 Mason jar or a large bowl divided mix t ¼ cup of oats with ½ cup of milk, give it a quick stir.
  • Add layer of mango and coconut flakes on top
  • Place in the fridge overnight or for 8 hours
  • Enjoy your chilled oatmeal directly out of the fridge, or heat it in the microwave

Notes

Storing your mango overnight oats couldn't be easier! All you need to do is place them in an airtight container or mason jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to five days.
