- 2 larges tortillas
- ½ cup hummus
- 1 cup Kale or spinach
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
Place the tortillas on a work surface
Spread ¼ cup of hummus on each Tortilla
Put a handful of kale and bell pepper on each tortillas
Roll with a little pressure so that your roll is tight.
At this stage, you can cut it into small slices or put it as is in plastic wrap.
Slice the tortillas in abourt 2 inchs rolls
