  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Fresh thyme to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 ° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a clean surface, add a little flour and roll out the dough and cut a large circle in the dough. About 12 to 14 inches
  • Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet.
