Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8oz white mushroom cut in half
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • The zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parlsey chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the mushroom in half.
  • In a large bowl add olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stir it.
  • Add the mushroom to the bowl, toss until the mushroom is completely coated.
  • Place the mushrooms in the air fryer's basket, select 370, ˚F and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Once cooked, top with lemon zest and fresh herbs

Notes

  • You can keep the mushrooms for up to 3 days in the fridge, but it's better to eat them immediately because the texture will change over time, and they will become soggier.

  • You can substitute the fresh rosemary for fresh parsley or fresh thyme.
