- 1 package 8oz white mushroom cut in half
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- The zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parlsey chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the mushroom in half.
In a large bowl add olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stir it.
Add the mushroom to the bowl, toss until the mushroom is completely coated.
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer's basket, select 370, ˚F and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
Once cooked, top with lemon zest and fresh herbs
- You can keep the mushrooms for up to 3 days in the fridge, but it's better to eat them immediately because the texture will change over time, and they will become soggier.
- Do not Freeze.
- You can substitute the fresh rosemary for fresh parsley or fresh thyme.
