- 4 cups white rice cooked
- 1 cup edamames
- 1 English cucumber cubes
- 1 mango cubes
- 2 carrots grated
- ½ cup broccoli sprout optional
- salt pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 green onion thinly sliced
Dressing
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon tamari sauce
Cook rice according to package directions
Put the edamames in a bowl, cover them with water and cook them in the microwave for 3 minutes
Place the rice in 4 bowls
Add all the other ingredients on top of the rice.
Add the dressing and serve.
