Balsamic Tofu

This Easy Marinated Balsamic Tofu recipe is prepared almost entirely in advance, taking the guesswork out of your meal planning.  Add a couple of easy side dishes, and you have an effortless, yet impressive meal.

  • Pat the tofu dry to remove as much water as possible.
  • Cut the Tofu into about ½ inch slices
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients to make the marinade
  • Coat the tofu well with the marinade and let marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Cook on the BBQ at medium high temperature for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
