This easy Sundried Tomatoes Hummus is so tasty.  Serve it with a good portion of  raw vegetables or crackers!

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups chickpeas canned
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  • Drain the liquid from the chickpeas and rinse 
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth 
  • Serve it with vegetables and crackers
