Easy Air Fryer Acorn Squash

Simple yet elegant and it's the perfect fall side dish!

Ingredients you will need to make the Air Fryer Acorn Squash


With a sharp knife cut squash in half and scoop out those seeds.


Slice the squash into neat, even pieces, – about half an inch thick. (live the skin of acorn squash)


Place the slice in a large bowl, add olive oil, salt and pepper, stir to combine everything.


Place the acorn slices in the basket of the air fryer in one single layer, you might need to make 2 batches.


Roast your squash slices for about 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. 

When cutting the acorn squash, aim for uniform slices about half an inch thick. This ensures even cooking.
