Ingredients

  • 16 oz steak cut into ¾-inch cubes- filet mignon or sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish (option

Instructions

  • Remove the steak from the fridge and place it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and Montreal Steak seasoning.
  • Cut the steak into cubes, approximately ¾ inch.
  • Place the steak in a medium bowl and pour the olive oil mixture over it.
  • Stir to ensure the steak is well-coated.
  • Arrange the steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F for 4-5 minutes.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 2 minutes after cooking, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm, optionally with rice, steamed vegetables, and a garlic butter sauce.
