Remove the steak from the fridge and place it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and Montreal Steak seasoning.
Cut the steak into cubes, approximately ¾ inch.
Place the steak in a medium bowl and pour the olive oil mixture over it.
Stir to ensure the steak is well-coated.
Arrange the steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for 4-5 minutes.
Allow the steak to rest for 2 minutes after cooking, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve warm, optionally with rice, steamed vegetables, and a garlic butter sauce.
