Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups butter at at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese grated ( or cheddar cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cheese,minced garlic, oregano, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Stir the ingredients well, ensuring the garlic is evenly distributed throughout the buttery mixture.
  • Place the rolls in a baking dish or a baking sheet cover with parchment paper.
  • Carefully slice the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in a cross.
  • Add the prepared garlic butter mixture, in the center of the Hawaiian rolls.

  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the foil during the last 2 minutes to allow the tops to crisp up and turn a beautiful golden brown.
  • Once out of the oven, let the Hawaiian Roll Garlic Cheese Bread cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual servings.

If you have leftover rolls or need to store the garlic cheese bread for a short period, refrigerate it. Place the cooled bread in an airtight container or wrap it tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.
