Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz) chickpeas , drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon buffallo seasonning

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and pat them dry using paper towels. Removing excess moisture is crucial for achieving crispiness.
  • In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and buffalo seasoning over the chickpeas, and toss again to ensure even seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to allow for even cooking and crispiness.
  • Air fry the chickpeas at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
