Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups day-old baguette cubed (¾ inch)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the bread into ¾ inch cubes.
  • Add the cubes to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Stir until coated.
  • Sprinkle on parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix again so everything sticks.
  • Transfer the cubes to the air fryer basket and spread them out.
  • Cook at 380°F for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Cool completely before storing or using.

Notes

  • Dry fresh bread in the air fryer for 2 minutes before seasoning.
  • Add garlic powder for a stronger flavor.
  • Double the batch because they disappear fast.
  • Revive soft croutons by air frying 1 to 2 minutes.
