Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place frozen broccoli in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Spread broccoli evenly in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy at the edges and fork-tender inside.
  • Serve hot with optional lemon juice or Parmesan.

Notes

For extra crispy edges, cook a few minutes longer.
Add Parmesan in the last 2 minutes for cheesy broccoli.
Don’t overcrowd the basket, work in batches if needed.
Leftovers reheat best in the air fryer, not the microwave.
