Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula
  • Serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh or 1 teaspoon dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over top.
  • Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until completely smooth. Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a bowl and stir in parsley.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving so the flavors deepen.

Notes

  • If you want it extra thick, blend longer without adding liquid.
  • Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt if your cottage cheese is too tangy.
  • For a restaurant-style ranch flavor, add a pinch of garlic or onion powder.
  • Double the recipe if serving for a party because this disappears fast.
