- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries or any fresh/frozen berries
- ¼ cup granola
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread yogurt evenly in a rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
Sprinkle berries and granola over the top.
Gently press toppings into the yogurt.
Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully solid.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
