Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • Pint container
  • Spoon
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango in cubes
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar into the water until dissolved.
  • Place mango chunks into the Creami pint container.
  • Pour the sugar water over the mango.
  • Freeze for a full 24 hours.
  • Insert into the Creami machine and run on “Sorbet” mode once.
  • Check the consistency. If crumbly, run on “Respin” once or twice. Add a splash of water only if needed and respin again.

Notes

  • For the best results, use frozen mango that’s been chopped into even chunks.
  • Don’t fill past the max line or your Creami might get grumpy.
  • Fresh mango works too — just make sure it’s super ripe.
  • If you're adding juice or lime, reduce the water slightly so it doesn't get too soft.
