Equipment

  • Ninja Creami ice cream maker
  • Ninja Creami + pint container

Ingredients

  • cups fresh or frozen peaches quartered
  • 1 cup half and half
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the peaches, half and half, milk, vanilla pudding mix, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a ninja creami pint.
  • Make sure you don't exceed the max fill line. Seal with the lid.
  • Place the pint container on a flat surface in your freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 24 hours. The mixture needs to be rock-solid before processing.
  • Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and take off the storage lid. Insert the pint into the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami. Attach the creamerizer paddle to the lid, lock it into place, and select the "Ice Cream" function. Let the machine complete its full cycle.
  • Check texture and re-spin if needed: After processing, examine the ice cream's consistency. If it appears dry or crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk directly into the center, then select "Re-Spin." Repeat this step once more if necessary until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Serve immediately: Your peach ice cream is ready to enjoy right away. Scoop into bowls or cones and serve.

Notes

  • Fresh vs frozen peaches: Both work beautifully.
  • Pudding mix substitute: Cheesecake or white chocolate pudding mix also work and add interesting flavor notes.
  • Storage tip: Leftover ice cream can be re-frozen in the pint container. When you're ready to eat it again, simply run it through the "Re-Spin" function to restore the creamy texture.
