Equipment

  • Ninja Creami machine
  • Pint container with lid
  • High-speed blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, sugar, and water to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides as needed.
  • Pour the purée into a Ninja Creami pint. Smooth the top, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Spin using the Sorbet setting.
  • If crumbly, add a splash of water and Re-Spin until creamy.

Notes

  • If your sorbet is too icy, a splash of almond milk or oat milk works well for re-spinning.
  • Want more tang? Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the base before freezing.
  • You can skip sugar if your berries are super sweet—but the texture may be less scoopable.
  • Keep it sealed tight to prevent freezer burn and enjoy within 5–7 days.
