Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment or wax paper
  • Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon for drizzling

Ingredients

  • 12 pretzel rods
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 12 marshmallow Peeps bunnies

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Place white chocolate chips in a saucepan and heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  • Hold a pretzel rod and dip the upper portion into the melted chocolate.
  • Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before placing the pretzel onto the prepared surface.
  • Immediately press a marshmallow Peep bunny onto the chocolate while it is still soft.
  • Spoon a little additional melted chocolate over the pretzel to create a drizzle effect.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining pretzel rods.
  • Leave the pretzels undisturbed at room temperature for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.

Notes

  • White chocolate melts best on very low heat to prevent burning.
  • Candy melts can replace white chocolate if you want brighter colors.
  • Add Easter sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet for decoration.
  • If chocolate thickens while dipping, warm it again gently.
