Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Knife + cutting board
  • Pastry brush
  • Tongs (for removing hot pizzas)

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • Olives optional

Instructions

  • Cut French bread in half lengthwise and then into pieces that fit your air fryer.
  • Brush each piece with olive oil.
  • Spread with pizza sauce.
  • Top with pepperoni, veggies, and diced tomato.
  • Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
  • Air fry at 370°F for 5–7 minutes, in batches if needed, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • If your bread is really soft, toast it plain first so it doesn't go soggy.
  • Want it extra cheesy? Add a mix of mozzarella and provolone.
  • Use parchment rounds in your air fryer for easy clean-up.
  • Don’t crowd the basket—airflow = crispy pizza!
