- 1 large sweet potato cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder and onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
Add sweet potato wedges to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
