- 2 small cucumbers sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Peel off the rind and cut the melon into bite-size cubes.
