- ¾ cup canola oil
- ½ cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl.
Shake vigorously or whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
