Easter Cookie Baskets

Soft sugar cookie cups baked in a muffin tin, filled with creamy berry filling and topped with pastel chocolate eggs. Easy and perfect for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Lucky Charms sugar cookie dough
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup mixed berries mashed and drained
  • Mini Cadbury chocolate eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven according to the cookie dough package. Grease a muffin tin lightly.
  • Place one cookie dough portion into each cavity. Bake until edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately press the center of each cookie using the back of a spoon.
  • Let cookies cool completely in the muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, stir cream cheese and mashed berries until smooth.
  • Spoon filling into cooled cookie cups and top with chocolate eggs
