Equipment

  • Mason jars or airtight containers
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups coconut milk or oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 fresh mango chopped (about 1½ cups)
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • Optional toppings: chia seeds flaxseed, hemp seeds, maple syrup, yogurt, nuts

Instructions

  • Divide the rolled oats evenly between four jars or containers.
  • Pour the milk over the oats and stir until fully combined.
  • Add chopped mango on top of the oats.
  • Sprinkle coconut flakes over the mango.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and add extra milk if needed.

Notes

  • Fresh mango gives the best texture and flavor.
  • For thicker oats, reduce milk by 2–3 tablespoons.
  • Add sweetener only after tasting. Mango sweetness varies a lot.
  • Best eaten within 3–4 days for ideal texture.
