- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups coconut milk or oat milk or almond milk
- 1 fresh mango chopped (about 1½ cups)
- 4 tablespoons coconut flakes
- Optional toppings: chia seeds flaxseed, hemp seeds, maple syrup, yogurt, nuts
Divide the rolled oats evenly between four jars or containers.
Pour the milk over the oats and stir until fully combined.
Add chopped mango on top of the oats.
Sprinkle coconut flakes over the mango.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and add extra milk if needed.
