Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Tall glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place ice cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, half and half, and maple syrup into your Ninja Creami pint.
  • Secure the lid and use the milkshake setting to spin until creamy and smooth.
  • If it’s too thick, add a splash more half and half and respin.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of spice, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Let the pint sit out for a couple of minutes before spinning for the smoothest texture.
  • Add espresso for a pumpkin spice latte twist.
  • A drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup before spinning adds richness.
  • To make it dairy-free, use oat milk and plant-based ice cream.
