- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Beef Sliders
- 12 mini slider buns
- 1 pound cooked roast beef shredded or chopped
- ½ cup crispy onions
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Spread the mayo mixture all over the bottom buns. Add the roast beef on top, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the beef, then add the crispy onions.
Place the top buns back on.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Slice into sliders and serve warm.
-
For extra spice, stir in a bit of Dijon mustard.
-
You can swap Swiss cheese for cheddar or provolone.
-
Hawaiian rolls stay the softest when baked.
-
Reheat leftovers at a low temperature so the bread doesn’t dry out.
