- 1 block extra-firm tofu pressed
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Tortillas + toppings of choice
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Press tofu to remove moisture, then slice into strips.
Spread tofu, peppers, and onion on a large sheet pan.
