Step 1: Cut the mushroom in half.
Step 2: In a large bowl add olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and stir it.
Step 3: Add the mushroom to the bowl, and toss until the mushroom is completely coated.
Step 4: Place the mushrooms in the air fryer's basket, select 370, ˚F, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
Step 5: Once cooked, top with lemon zest and fresh herbs.
Substitutions
- Parsley - instead of parsley, you can use fresh thyme, rosemary, cilantro
- Lemon juice - to make it extra fancy, you can also use white dry wine
- Spicy - For extra kick can add pepper flake or sriracha sauce just before serving

- Preheat the oven to 350 ˚F
- Cut the mushroom in half.
