I love sandwiches in all their forms! But sometimes I want to vary my lunch so l go for some rolls. These Hummus and Bell Pepper Pinwheel are quick and super easy to make. Super tasty and crunchy, we can prepare them according to our mood or with what we have on hand.

Description

These Hummus and Bell Pepper Pinwheel are quick and super easy to make. Super tasty and crunchy, we can prepare them according to our mood or with what we have on hand.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large tortillas
  • ½ cup of hummus
  • 2 good handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the tortillas on a work surface
  2. Spread ¼ cup of hummus on each Tortilla
  3. Put a handful of spinach on each tortillas
  4. Add the peppers on top of the spinach
  5. Roll with a little pressure so that your roll is tight.
  6. At this stage, you can cut it into small slices or put it as is in plastic wrap.
