Matcha gives constant energy that lasts all day, unlike coffee, which gives an energy boost, but that lasts 1 or 2 hours at most.
Matcha Smoothie Bowl
- Add the coconut milk to your mixing bowl, followed by the matcha and spinach. Mix.
- Add the mango and frozen bananas and mix until creamy and smooth
- Pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the puffed quinoa, hemp seeds and blackberries
